The rather difficult recipe

I have two recipes favorite with the base... rum which the result like the ordinary praline but if being bitten will go out the liquid from inside....

Praline filling Vla contents materials: -Butter 60gr -Icing Sugar 90gr -Sweet Condensed Milk 30gr -Sum approximately 2 tablespoon

Praline the Mocha contents materials: -Butter 60gr -Icing sugar 90gr -sweet Condensed Milk 30gr -Mocha approximately 1/2 tablespoon -rum approximately 2 tablespoon

Preparation: -mixed Icing sugar and rum then steam to fire small. Keep stirred until looked clear then was announced until rather -mixed also butter that has been diluted and sweet condensed milk. -And finally put rum. Stirred continued. - Now the filling ready to be put into chocolate. The method filled into chocolate: -Pour chocolate that already melted ( better to use dark chocolate for this recipe) into the praline mould untill half of the mould. Let the chocolate dry then fill the dough into of the chocolate. Pour the chocolate from the edge in the middle.
